PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM
The Provincial Nominee Program allows a Canadian province or territory to nominate an individual with the appropriate education, skills and/or work experience to be Permanent Residence of Canada. This is also truth that, these visas are very limited and the majority of those whom apply may not be accepted. In this program it is essential that applicant is selected by the province and then receive a certificate of nomination.
After receiving a certificate of nomination, the applicant makes a separate application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to apply for permanent residence. As well as meeting provincial criteria, the individual would have to meet federal immigration requirements too.
These processes require the proper legal guidance that can only be attained through an immigration expert. Failure to meet the provincially set criteria will likely lead to a rejection of the application.
